2 · You do the work
Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed in writing before you start. No hourly tracker, no surprise revisions beyond what was agreed.
3 · You are paid in five days
The company approves and you are paid the same day. If they go quiet, it approves itself after five days and you are paid anyway.
